2. A download link will be emailed to you.
3. Download the .zip file, unzip it into a directory, double click .exe.
It's as simple as that! Sample data included.


Next update (version 2.1.0) approximately April 11, 2012 will include:
Strain, Fertilizer/Nutrient and Grow Medium Categorizer Tables, Grouping, Rating System, Electrical Use Calculator, and a General Equipment database.

README NOTES:
If this is the first time you're downloading and using The Medical Garden, the instructions above are all you need. After unzipping it, simply click on the exe and the program will run. There is a little sample data included.

Requirements:
This software will run in just about any version of Windows. However, our testing environment included only Windows XP, and Windows 7.

Updating/Upgrading:
It is important to understand the way "The Medical Garden works. After using the software a few times, look in the directory where you installed it, and you'll see several .TPS files. These contain all your data that you've entered into the system.

Do not delete these. If you are upgrading and wish to keep the information you already entered, open the zip in another directory and only move the exe file into your working directory. This will allow you to keep your current data.

In the spirit of keeping our products affordable, we have kept downloading and installation simply. We've done it the old-fashoined way. Simply download the .zip file, unzip it in the directory of your choice, and click on the .exe file. You can also create a shortcut, and drag it out on your desktop ... and it'll run. This helps us keep the price of our software down. Installer software can cost thousands of dollars and honestly, we'd rather pass this saving on to our customers. It'll run on almost any version of Windows including Windows 7.
